Notice how the definition of style starts off with "a distinctive appearance." This refers to you. Style is personal. Fashion on the other hand is trendy.

It’s so much fun to go through the personality questionnaire together to determine which of the following personality style you fall into --- you might even be a combination of a couple of personality styles.

What is Body Image?
Body image is described as the subjective picture or mental image of one's own body and the reaction of others.
The media and the advertising industry have set an unrealistic standard of beauty that most women can’t ever achieve. Only about eight women on the planet look like supermodels - models in magazines are airbrushed.
According to a publication in the Journal of Eating Disorders it was stated that while "fat talk" tended to decrease with age, “old talk” was the term used by women who appeared to have a negative body image.
Most women have struggled with body image at some point over the course of their lives.
Working with your style on a personal level can help build your confidence so you can appreciate your body and be thankful for all the good parts ...and we all have parts that we love!
